Prepare 1 tsp Oregano
Take as needed Oil to fry
Steps to make Paneer Popcorn with Walnut Masala Mix:
For oats crum coarsley grind rolled Oats or instant Oats.
For walnut masala mix dry roast all ingredients in low flame for 5 minutes or until turn aromatic and crunchy. Turn off flame, allow it to be cool completely then grind it and make powder masala mix.
Cut paneer into small cubes.
Now in a bowl take walnut masala mix, hung curd, cornflour, salt, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, chilli paste, chat masala and mix all together well.
Then add paneer cubes. Coat each cubes with masala very well.
In a plate take Oats crums or bread crums mix oregano in it. - Roll each masala coated paneer cubes in oats crums. Gently press down the crums to the paneer pieces. Keep it in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the crums coated paneer cubes in the hit oil. Fry in medium flame until it turn golden and crunchy. - Serve hit with Tomato ketchup or your favorite dip.
