Instructions to make Whole wheat flour Samosa:
For preparing dough: Take a big vessel and add wheat flour, salt, semolina, oil, carom seed combine well and with using hot water prepare a medium dough.
For preparing samosa stuffing : take a pan and add oil, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds and saute well. Further add ginger, green chilli and garlic paste and stir well till its raw smell gone.
Furthermore, mix chopped onions and saute it till it turns brown.
Now add boiled mashed potatoes and green peas and stir well.
Next, add turmeric powder, aamchur powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin coriander powder, samosa masala and combine well.
Further, add sugar, lemon juice. And spread some chopped green coriander leaves.
Now stuffing is ready. Let cool down the stuffing for sometime.
For preparing samosa : take a small portion of dough and make a ball and roll it. In the middle of circle make a cut. And fold it.
Now make a cone shape. Apply little water in the corner of samosa. And fill the samosa stuffing and pack it well.
Take a pan and add oil,after oil turns hot take a samosa and deep fry in hot oil and fry in low medium flame till it turns golden brown.
Now samosa is ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup, green chutney or termrind chutney. Enjoy.
