  1. Take a bowl, add wheat flour and all-purpose flour, salt to taste, carom seeds, ghee and lemon juice. Mix it well and knead a nice soft dough. Keep it for rest for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, once heated add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chill paste, ginger paste, and turmeric powder and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add boiled green peas, mix well. Then add malwani masala & garam masala and mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add smashed potatoes, and mix well. Then add salt to taste, chat masala, lemon juice, and coriander leaves and mix well and transfer the stuffing to come to room temperature.
  5. Then once again knead the dough and make 4 portions and roll into flat round and make sure all the sides are not very thin nor very thick.
  6. Then with the 4 flat chapatis, make the layers one above the other by greasing with ghee and sprinkling with dry flour.
  7. Then roll it into a nice thick roll. Then cut into 3 portions and make a nice round and roll it into chapati.
  8. Then give 4 cuts and make it a triangle shape, then take the filling and put it into 4 triangles.
  9. Then taking the edges of each triangle, bring it to the centre and seal it from all the sides and make it like a flower shape. in the cavity fill it with either grated cheese or cheese cube. Grease all the flowers with ghee.
  10. Arrange all the flowers in the greased baking tray, and bake the Cheesy flower samosas in pre-heated oven at 200 degree for 20 minutes first and then for another 10 minutes if required.
  11. Now serve it with green chutney or sweet chutney
