  2. Take 1 tsp Dark soya sauce
  3. Prepare 2 large capsicums

Instructions to make Paneer Chilli:
  1. Fry the garlic in refund oil and sauté the onions till they turn translucent
  2. Add the capsicums and green chilli and sauté. Add 1/2 an inch of grated ginger.
  3. Add 4-5 tablespoons of dark soya, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Pinch of Ajinomoto (optional), teaspoon of sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the thawed paneer cubes, adequate water and salt,bring to boil and done!!
