Tofu or Soya Paneer is one of the most well liked of current trending foods in the world. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Tofu or Soya Paneer is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have tofu or soya paneer using 3 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Tofu or Soya Paneer:
  1. Prepare 2 cup dry soya beans
  2. Get 5 tsp vinegar
  3. Take as needed Water
Steps to make Tofu or Soya Paneer:
  1. Wash and Soak soya beans for overnight.
  2. Blend beans in portions with enough water to make a fine paste. In a large pot transfer this paste along with 8 cup water. Cook it in low flame for 8-10 minutes, stir continuously to prevent burning. And remove the forth(foam) on the top surface.
  3. With a cotton or muslin cloth sieve them and separate soya milk from the solid part of the paste.
  4. Warm soya milk in a pot.Mix equal amount of water in vinegar. Add this mixture in soya milk little by little, stir milk slowly till curdling occurs. By using cotton or muslin cloth separate the liquid from the solid curdled part (like normal paneer making process).
  5. Tie all edges of cloth and press it with a heavy object to settle or solidify Tofu, for 1 hour. Remove it from cloth. Soya Tofu is ready. You can make various healthy dishes with Tofu. Enjoy.
