  8. Take 1 tsp Cumin powder

  10. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Take 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  12. Get to taste Salt
  13. Get 3 cubes chicken yakhni
  14. Prepare 1 tsp kasuri Methi
  15. Make ready 3-4 green chilli
  16. Make ready Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Steps to make Lauki (Bottle gourd) And Daal Chaana (Lentil):
  1. Clean and wash lentil then boil it by adding salt and water. Cook on low flame and water almost dry.
  2. Peel and wash Lauki and cut in small pieces dip in water.
  3. Take oil in pan add oinon, ginger garlic paste and stir well.
  4. Add chopped tomato
  5. Add dry ingredients and Mix well.
  6. Add Lauki, chicken cube yakhni and green chilli and mix well and add water and cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes or until Lauki is soft.
  7. Now Lauki is ready add boiled lentil.
  8. Add kasuri Methi and mix well and dam for 2 minutes.
  9. Now bottle gourd and lentil is ready. Add fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with roti or naan.
