Get 250 grams chopped gooseberry
Make ready 150 grams grated palm jaggery(karupatti)
Take 1 tsp Ajwain
Make ready 1 tsp dry ginger powder

Prepare 1 tsp salt
Make ready 1 small lemon juice
Make ready 1 tbsp powder sugar
Steps to make Gooseberry balls:
Wash and dry the Amla with white cloth. chop and remove the seed.
Add amla, ginger powder, pepper powder& Ajwain. Grind everything all together as a fine paste without adding water.
Heat a pan in Low heat and start sauté the paste until its colour change to light brown or till the amla get dried. It take 4to 5mins.
Once colour change add karupatti powder(palm Jaggery), chilli powder and start mixing well. In few mins it will melt. Sauté continuously until it’s become thicken. At last, add salt, black salt and lemon juice and mix well. Switch of the flame, transfer to another plate and cool down.
Then start make the mix into tiny balls and coated with powder sugar. Yummy delicious gooseberry balls is ready. It’s a mixed of six taste.
