Prepare ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make Cheesy potato wedges:
Wash & cut potatoes into half, then cut into wedges. Put wedges into water.
Heat water in pan, after one boil add salt & ginger garlic paste,mix. Now add potatoes wedges & cook for 5 minutes. Strain it.
Meanwhile in bowl take all seasoning ingredients & mix. Now add hot potatoes wedges & mix gently till seasoning coated properly to each wedges. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in pan on high flame, add potato wedges & turn on flame to medium, fry wedges till golden brown.
Meanwhile mix all ingredients for salad & mix. Now in serving plate take fried wedges, sprinkle salad on it. Now grate cheese, drizzle cheese sauce & tomato ketchup. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
