  1. Prepare 250 gms amla or gooseberry
  2. Make ready 10-15 green chillies
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp mustard oil
  4. Prepare 1/2 tbsp methi dana or fenugreek
  5. Get 1/2 tsp kalonji or nigella
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp saunf or fennel
  7. Take 1/2 tsp jeera or cumin
  8. Get 1 tsp salt
  9. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions to make Amla ka instant achaar:
  1. Wash and grate amla. wash,wipe and slit green chillies
  2. Heat Up kadai and pour oil Add methi dana(coarsely grounded) nigella, cumin and fennel
  3. Put amla and green chillies, salt, turmeric and mix well
  4. Cook covered on low flame for 10 mins (don't cook too long as the texture should be crunchy only)
  5. Store in an airtight container in fridge and eat it till 10 days
