  2. Prepare 300 gm jaggery
  3. Prepare 1 tsp saunf(fennel seeds)

  5. Take 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  6. Prepare 1 tsp black salt
  7. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Make ready 1 tsp roasted cuminbpowder

  11. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder
  12. Get 1 tsp ghee
Instructions to make Gooseberry ki Launji:
  1. Take a pressure cooker add 1/2cup water pour the gooseberry,cover the lead & cooked till 4 whistle comes.Cool it &transfer the seed &little mashed it.
  2. Heat a pan add 1 spoon ghee,add hing,Saunf & kalonji crackle 1 mints.
  3. Add boiled gooseberry stir 10 seconds,add jaggery mix it well.when ever jaggery becomes melted add all spices mix it well.
  4. Cooked another 5 mints.Not to over cook.Off the gas.Cool it & preserved it a glass bottle.Gooseberry ki Launji is ready.Winter special.
