Steps to make Paneer manchurian:
Chop the paneer into cubes and set aside. Then coat this using plain flour cornflour salt and chilli powder and then fry the cubes in oil until they are brown and leave them in a vessel whilst you make the sauce.
Add oil to a pan. Then add garlic ginger and spring onions let them sauté then add capsicum. Stir for 2 minutes then add soy sauce and cornflour slur to thicken the sauce. Then add the ketchup vinegar and chilli sauce. Add the paneer and mix well. Sprinkle fresh coriander chopped on top tastes yummy on its own or with rice.
