Instructions to make Chicken Chow mein 😍🍝:
  1. Marinate the chicken with all ingredients and mix well. Cover and keep in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  2. Make the sauce by adding corn flour, water, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, sugar, oyster sauce mix well and keep a side.
  3. In a pan heat peanut oil, sesame oil and add garlic, onions and cook till gets soft on high flame.
  4. Then add the marinated chicken and cook till the chicken cooks completely and the oil comes on the surface.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and toss the vegetables on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Then add the noodles mix it with vegetables, make a well in the middle and add the sauce, bring the flame on high and mix it so that the sauce is mixed well with the noodles.
  7. Then add the cooked chicken and mix well.
  8. Garnish it with spring onions, sesame seeds and serve hot.
