Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Shawarma:
To make the pita bread dough, add flour into a bowl.
Add salt and dry yeast to the flour. Mix well.
Then, add in the melted butter and egg.
Use 1/2 cup warm water to form the dough. Add the water gradually and knead with your hands (you might not need the entire 1/2 cup.)
Cover the dough and rest it for 1 hour in summer and 2 hours in winter in a warm place.

When the dough has risen, make 5-7 balls and roll each ball into a pita bread with a rolling pin.
Cook each pita flatbread on a iron tawa or frying pan.
Spread the sauce onto a pita bread and then place the shredded chicken in the center.
Top the chicken with shredded veggies and lettuce and roll the pita bread into a shawarma.
