  2. Add the chicken breasts or thighs whole as when they are cooked take them out and shred them.add the boiling water to a heavy based pan and drop the chicken in simmer
  3. Add the butter to a frying pan heat up add the chopped onions fry until opaque in colour then add the Garlic fry for near to a minute next add the parsley
  4. Next add the black pepper and sea salt stir around. Then scrape it all out into the chicken. Add the chicken stock stir bring to the boil then add the lid and simmer. Until chicken is cooked.
  5. Take the chicken out shred it then add it back to the pan. Bring to the boil and serve. Add the noodles to the soup cook for 3 minutes then serve with some fresh parsley to garnish.
  6. If it has not much liquid you can add a cup of boiling water before you put the noodles in.
