  18. Take 1/2 tablespoons chopped ginger
  19. Prepare 1 cm galangel, bruised
  20. Take Salt and sugar
Instructions to make CHICKEN IN COCONUT MILK (Opor Ayam):
  1. Rub Chicken with 1 tablespoon tamarind juice and 1 teaspoon salt and let it stand for 25minutes. Rinse and drain.
  2. Ground spices, garlic, shallots, candlenuts, coriander, cumin, pepper, ginger

  4. Heat oil and gently fry ground spices, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and salam leaf until fragrant
  5. Add chicken, cook for a few minutes, than pour in thin coconut milk. Bring to the boil.
  6. After the chicken is half cooked, pour in thick coconut milk.
  7. Simmer over low heat until the ingredients are cooked. Season with salt and sugar to taste. Sprinkle with fried shallots and serve with rice. And I add some boiled eggs.
