  15. Prepare For frying White oil
Steps to make Chicken Cutlet:
  1. Boil the chicken with a little salt until chicken turns tender. Take the chicken pieces out in a bowl and shred the chicken into small pieces and keep aside for later use. - * Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. - * Heat three spoons oil in a pan. - * Add finely chopped onions and finely chopped green chillies into it. cook until the onions turn soft. - * Add ginger and garlic paste and saute for 1 minutes. Do not deep fry. - * Add the shredded chicken and saute for 1 minute.
  2. Add Chilli powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder. Mix up well and cook for 1 minute. - * Add mashed potatoes. Mash the whole mixture well. Keep it in a bowl for cooling. - * Heat 3 tbs oil in the pan again. Dip the pieces of sliced bread in small amount of egg mixture and fry it well. - * Add these egg-bread crumbs with the cutlet mixture and mix up well. - - * The cutlet mixture is now ready to be shaped.
  3. Take a small portion of the mixture and make it into oval shape. Chicken cutlets can be made into any shape such as round or oval. - * Dip the chicken cutlets in the egg mixture and coat with biscuits crumbs.
  4. Again heat oil in a frying pan over high flame. Drop the cutlets in hot oil. Now the flame sets to be medium. Fry until they turn golden brown from both sides.
  5. Take them out from oil on a tissue paper. - Chicken cutlets are ready to be served. Serve hot with salad and sauce.
