- Add the flour mixture and chocolate chips to the butter mix and combine well.
- Let the dough chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours (it will be very sticky!).
- Place the granulated sugar and icing sugar in two different bowls.
- Roll the cookies into 20 balls and roll them firstly in the granulated sugar and then coat them well in icing sugar.
- Put on a tray and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 11 minutes.
