Instructions to make Chocolate marble cake:
  1. Vanilla cake batter-
  2. Firstly, in a large bowl take ½ cup curd. use fresh curd to avoid tanginess. add ½ cup sugar, ¼ cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, whisk well until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Sieve and add 1 cup maida, pinch baking soda, ½ tsp baking powder and pinch salt. Mix it using the cut and fold method cake batter, with no lumps.
  4. Add 2 tbsp water and mix to a smooth silky batter. Batter is ready & keep aside.
  5. Chocolate cake batter -
  6. Repeat the above process again just add with cocoa powder. Keep aside
  7. Meanwhile heat the pressure cooker, Take a Cake Mold and brush the cake mold inner side very well with cooking oil, butter or ghee, Pour first vanilla flavour batter,then add chocolate flavour batter on top of the first layer. Repeat same process to create 7-10 layers.
  8. Use a stick or a knife to give it a marble effect. - Put the cake mold on the Hot Pan Pot Stand in the middle of the pressure cooker and cover it with the pressure cooker cover without whistle and gasket.
  9. Bake it 35-40 mins on low flame. - Check it with a stick after 35 - 40 mins, if cooked well or not. If it’s not ready then bake more for 5-10 mins.
  10. Switch of the flame. Remove from the pressure cooker and let it cool completely, lil tap it helps to remove easily cut into the pieces and enjoy this delicious cake, taste is yummy
